God blessed us with a baby boy who almost didn't make it out of the womb. We fought and prayed and on June 21, 2008, he arrived and changed our lives forever - in the most blessed and amazing way. This blog chronicles our journey of near-tragedy, extended bed rest (19 weeks), and the joys and tears along the way and ever since. Baby Olsen is a baby no more. He's our wonderfully loving, and bright little man, Cooper Mitchell Olsen.

No poop equals crabby Cooper
I hope he gets it out soon. Enough said. ;/

Oh my poor little pooper Cooper. Look up on the internet to see what is safe and mild for a 6 month old. Mom
Happy belated birthday, Julie! :) Glad you were able to get a couple of naps in. Rice cereal--why we are suing single grain oatmeal instead--and baby food with rice flour--nearly all of the stage 3 baby foods I find seem to have this in it--do the same thing to Jonathan. Poor little honeys!
We started on oatmeal cereal. He had smelly gas and didn't poop for days--so I can't imagine what rice cereal might do! Pediatrician said we can skip cereal if it doesn't set well--can eventially get iron in other ways! Sooo, we're on sweet potatoes and we're back to pooping once a day!! Good luck with the solids!!
