Cooper and I just got home from the park where there is a petting zoo. Unfortunately, the petting zoo animals were resting in their barns when we arrived (never found out why they weren't out during their posted hours) but we hiked up a hill on a nature trail (with Cooper in his baby bjorn carrier) and got to look at several bison - including many babies! Cooper smiled and laughed at them which was cute. The park is only a 10 minute drive from our house so we'll be going back often so Cooper can see all the fun animals at the petting zoo.
I still can't believe he's 6 months old already!
