I'm so excited - my dad just painted the nursery for us!! It's a beautiful beige/sand color (same as our master bedroom) which will go nicely with the bedding we chose for the baby - the bedding and accessories have this beige/brown piping on the edges. It is also a color that will "grow" with our son hopefully - we didn't want to do blue/green/yellow and risk having to change it again when he's no longer a baby.
Since that's the room my dad is staying in while he's here (and where my upstairs "kitchen" is located), the middle of the room is one giant pile of stuff right now while the paint dries. It's pretty funny actually - but that's why you won't be seeing a picture of it quite yet. Once more progress is made in the room and it gets transformed from guest room to baby room we'll take pics and post them.
